Director - Lance Stevens

Lance and his partner Chris have grown the company over the past 23 years. Starting from scratch Lance managed to purchase his first Drilling Rig and set off to work. Over time Lance provided Drilling & Blasting services to a number of large companies and projects nationwide.

As it was in the earlier years you had to drill your own holes, load and fire them. Things have changed since then and Lance is keen to move with the times by employing a team of professional people to manage the operation as it has grown significantly to the point were Inline Drilling Ltd is the largest Open Cut Drilling Company in New Zealand today.  

Has still has very much so a hands on approach to the operation were he provides training and tips to new and advanced drillers on all sites. Lance also keeps a sharp eye on the rigs themselves to ensure the rigs are kept in a safe, tidy productive condition.

Lance's experience is a great benefit to Inline Management as he has provided Drilling Services in many parts of New Zealand so he has a great understanding of the geology's and what rigs will suit that type of operation to ensure efficiencies are not lost.
